Goji Berries, AKA wolfberries, are a Himalayan fruit. They have the highest antioxidant level of any fruit type, containing all 18 amino acids as well as huge amounts of vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and vitamin E. Gram for gram they are packed with more iron than steak and spinach, and more beta carotene and vitamin C than carrots and oranges, respectively. The bright red fruits are used either fresh or dried. Gojis are drought tolerant once established and very cold hardy.
