Please understand that if your order total does not exceed the balance of the gift certificate or in other words, the order totals out to be $0.00 after applying the certificate, then the online system will not be able to complete the transaction automatically. This is solved simply by contacting us by and letting us process the transaction manually.
First complete the order all the way to the check-out process including your contact information. Then close the window and email us at email@example.com with your name and the date of the order, along with your certificate number and the amount. We will work to make sure your order is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
