Our program is mostly pre-order and we now have a wait list for many items on our cart. Since we cannot verify actual inventory until the shipment arrives, we usually put a conservative number available on the website. This allow us to verify quantity and quality before opening up the nursery for pick up. The quality of the items from our vendors is usually very high but sometime an item might be damaged in delivery and we cannot sell it. The quantity is sometimes reflective of availability from our vendors as weather events can reduce their stock. With these factors in mind, once we verify our shipment we can increase the quantity available on the cart, or we make them available during our on-lot Nursery Days. Once we confirm more product is available, we can send emails out to those who are on the wait list.
Customers have the option of viewing their waiting list from their own "My Account" page. From there, you can review waiting list items and add them to cart (when replenished) or delete the item from your waiting list if desired.
