Clingstone peaches are the kind where the flesh is attached to the pit. These peaches are ideal for eating, but require a little extra effort for cooking, baking or canning projects. These peaches are usually the first peaches available in the growing season, which is great because the first ones to arrive are usually the ones we can’t wait to eat right off the tree.
