*Off-Season - Because we do not have a permanent physical location with typical days and hours for our store, we offer almost year-round local pickup at the homes of three of our team members. This service is paused during our Pop-up Nursery and Pop-up General Store events at our Nursery Lot, and during leadup to a Pop-up event we will assume you are picking up at the Nursery Lot. Deciduous Trees

Deciduous trees arrive as bare-root* in January in a mostly dormant stage since that is the best time to plant them. ALL deciduous trees must be picked up from the lot in January, so they get planted or potted right away. Please watch our calendar for exact dates. (* Unless indicated. )

Chill Hours: These are the approximate hours per year of weather needed between 32 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit for trees to go dormant and then wake up to set fruit.

Starter Amendments: Bare-root trees need a Single Tree Kit of starter amendments. Figs and olives arrive as small potted trees and need 1/2 of a Single Tree Kit of starter amendments.
