Cancellation & Refunds

Online orders are automatically processed through our secure payment system. We then manually review each order, reserving your items for pickup. This process involves irreversible fees and labor — and issuing refunds takes additional time and often incurs processor fees. Inventory is reserved for you upon order and cannot always be resold if you cancel. Items that cannot be timely resold are subject to a restocking fee.

For these reasons, cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing.

Trees/plants canceled during the Pop-Up Event period 50% restocking fee
Failure to pick up/cancellation requested within last 7 days of pickup period - IF we are not able to sell the items. No refund issued
