We DO NOT ship live trees or plants. We DO NOT ship any large or bulky products.

Our main tree and plant inventory is set up for Customer Pick-up ONLY at our Pop-up Nursery in Phoenix. Orders placed for identified items and tree/plants with a request for shipping will NOT be honored, and will be subject to our cancellation fee.

Our fruit tree program is a local pick-up only. The process for cancelling an order involves time and fees on our part. Any orders placed for shipping of live trees are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

We do ship most items from our General Store - many of them are available year round. If you place an order that is designated to be shipped, we will process that order within 2 business days or when the item(s) become available. Please contact us at fruittrees@urbanfarm.org if you have any questions on a shipment for those items.

We use USPS for all our shipping. We use USPS Priority, USPS Ground, and USPS First Class and will choose the most expedient as possible within the range of options available at the time of shipping.
