KATY* Apricots are large, all-purpose, flavorful freestones and one of Greg's favorite trees for the Valley. When allowed to ripen on the tree, Katy apricots are sub-acid (not tart). A favorite apricot for warm-winter climates, Katy typically produces a mid-May to early June harvest. Note: Asterisk indicates one of Greg's Favorites.
