All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor, then we manually review and sort orders to start appropriate steps and ensure receipt of requested products. During this process we incur irreversible fees and labor costs.  Many items are both inventory and time sensitive so we reserve inventory that could be sold to others. The act of canceling an order and issuing refunds takes time and sometimes incurs fees through our merchant processors. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be canceled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.


Additionally, we have stated in multiple places that shipping is NOT an option on certain items including all trees, live plants, and bulky or large items.  If an order is placed for pick up of trees, live plants, or bulky items and shipping charges are applied, we will attempt to confirm the requested order by email.  If the shipping charges were in error we will issue a credit for those charges. However, if an order is placed for the listed items to be shipped despite posted limitations, the order will be canceled per this policy.


The following cancellation fees apply upon receiving a request for cancellation:


STANDARD CANCELLATIONS: If cancellation is...

  • Requested WITHIN two (2) business days and BEFORE the order has been reviewed and sorted, there will be no cancellation fee.

  • Requested AFTER two (2) business days or AFTER it has been reviewed and sorted, there will be a 15% cancellation fee assessed before credit is issued.

  • Requested for trees or plants DURING the pick up period, there will be a 50% cancellation fee assessed before credit is issued.

  • Due to failure to pick up trees or plants during the appropriate pick up period, or a cancellation request is received within the last 7 days of the pick up period, no refund will be issued.

SHIPPING ISSUE CANCELLATIONS: If cancellation is requested DUE TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY...

  • Within 2 business days and BEFORE the order has been reviewed and sorted, there will be a 5% cancellation fee assessed before credit is issued.

  • After 2 business days and AFTER the order has been reviewed and sorted, there will be a 25% cancellation fee assessed before credit is issued.

  • For trees or plants DURING the pick up period, there will be a 50% cancellation fee assessed before credit is issued.

SPECIAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation is requested for a Special Order item...

  • BEFORE the seasonal deadline and the item has not been ordered from our supplier(s), NO cancellation fee will be assessed.

  • AFTER the seasonal deadline and AFTER the item has been ordered from our supplier(s), NO refunds are available.
