Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Urban Farm reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Cancellation Fees

While we understand that orders might need to be canceled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. If orders are placed for non-shipped items with an expectation of them being shipped, this may incur a cancellation fee depending on timing of cancelation. We have a cancellation fee schedule based on  incurred fees and costs.

Shipping Policy

We do not ship any live plant products, nor the large or bulky products. Our main tree and plant inventory is set up for Customer Pick-up ONLY.  Orders placed for identified items and tree/plants with a request for shipping will NOT be honored, and will be subject to our cancellation fee.

However, we do ship items from the General Store - many of them are available year round. If you have ordered an item that is designated to be shipped, we will process that order when the item(s) become available. Please contact us at fruittrees@urbanfarm.org if you have any questions on a delivery for those items.

Pick-Up Location

The Urban Farm Nursery is grateful for the use of the current location for the Nursery Lot.  This property is available for our use a few weeks each year.  Location information can be found at www.UrbanFarm.org/NurseryLocation.

Since this is a seasonal event, we are unable to store trees or products beyond our terms of use with the property owners. This means we must remove all items at the end of each annual event, and any unclaimed, pre-sold trees will be considered unwanted and will be donated to a charity of our choosing.

Order Fulfillment

We have THREE main methods of order fulfillment:

  1. Pickup at our signature Pop-Up Events (includes all trees and plants),
  2. Pickup at a local pickup location for small items, and
  3. Shipping for certain items.
