Black Mission Figs have purplish-black skin, strawberry-colored flesh, and rich flavor. The trees can grow to be quite large and are long-lived and heavy bearing, producing two crops per year. Can be grown in a pot with proper care. The fruit can be eaten fresh, dried, or canned.
