Tank's Pro Planting Mix is an excellent well-balanced soil for raised beds or in-ground garden beds. The mix contains Tank’s Organic Compost*, Decomposed Pine, Prococo Coconut Coir Chips*, Perlite*, Screened Native Soil and Certified Organic Cottonseed Meal*. The Organic Compost and Organic Cottonseed Meal provide the nutrients for healthy plant growth, while Screened Native Soil and Decomposed Pine provide drainage and balance. The Prococo Coconut Coir Chips provide water retention and increase the nutrient exchange rate (CEC or cation exchange capacity), while Perlite provides additional aeration for healthy roots.
